Can I still order smartass products across the lockdown levels?

Yes, we are an essential service, so there is no problem at all. You can absolutely use our products. In fact we recommend it! 

 

Is there a change in delivery?

Yes, but only slightly. As there is a heavy workload in our warehouse facility and social distancing affecting regular processes, there may be some delays. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team: treefreetp@smartass.co.nz

 

How are you delivering safely?

Our drivers are using contactless deliveries to ensure there is limited contact between themselves and our customers. The courier providers we use are adhering to strict social distancing rules and wearing protective equipment whenever possible.
